Animated Png Not Working In Chrome . Chrome does not support animated favicons, and it doesn't look like anyone is interested in implementing it. Up top how to get this to work in chrome?

Hi all, i have developed a force.com site on visualforce page and displaying favicon by storing in static resource. Support for animated png images in google chrome browser. That has nothing to do with the error that i am illustrating.

The issue is in the popper media manager the wheelimage shows as blank (the box is not green and clicking on it shows no files associated) but if i drag something onto the wheelimage box or select something from search it asks if i want to overwrite it. I'm running windows 10, chrome 74.0.3729.108 (64 bits). Not until i associated the apng with chrome it would still not work even with latest updates. The file works perfectly fine in firefox. When previewing or exporting some of the.png files are not displaying in the latest version of chrome (65.0.3325.181). Convert animated gif to animated png (apng) with one click.
